Added PowerShell and Bash scripts to check for CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619 relating to PHP.
These scripts finds every PHP install on a Windows or Linux device and flags any below the fixed releases in the php.net security advisory of October 21, 2026.
They affect PHP that serves web requests: mod_php, php-cgi/FastCGI under IIS, PHP-FPM, FrankenPHP, and LiteSpeed.
