Support the ability to add command line arguments for tasks for the Run Task Now API call

For the Run Task Now API call, besides the Required Parameters needed to identify the check, device, site, client, etc. there is no way that I see to add parameters to the request if the task I want to run requires additional information. For example, if the script for a custom task requires parameters, the Run Task Now call will not work since I cannot add the parameter to the API call to make the task run successfully.
