List at-risk systems (hosts)

get
https://api.adlumin.com/v1/at_risk_systems

Returns hosts/workstations flagged as at-risk. A system may be at-risk due
to misconfiguration, stale patches, privileged account exposure, or anomalous
activity. Results support filtering by operating system, domain, and exemption state.
