General workflow for customers buying from N-Able directly
For direct customers, the first step should be to retrieve their invoice and contract IDs via the Invoices Ready endpoint. This will indicate if the data in the usage endpoints is finalised.
With the data retrieved, call the Billable Services endpoint to get data on all available services and clients for that contract and timeframe. This data can be used to populate your PSA system with all needed data.
Then, call the Usage Details endpoint for each contract. This will return all usage and prices for each client, broken down by client and by devices. Current month data can be retrieved from the 10th of the month, but data is not finalised until the invoices ready shows the related invoice as closed and approved. Usually this will be around the 4th of the following month.
