The MSP Billing API is currently in a limited preview phase. As an early adopter, you may encounter some issues or changes in functionality.

Our billing APIs are designed to enhance your operational efficiency by providing Cove Data Protection usage data for direct consumption or through third-party tools. The MSP Billing API enables our partners to:

• Provide granular, product-specific usage data.
• Align product hierarchy with billing hierarchy for accurate operational deployment.
• Enhance your visibility into usage charges and product deployment.
• Streamline the invoicing and billing reconciliation process.

Request a Billing API Key

Before you can access the Billing API, you must first request an API key. This key is essential for authenticating your requests and ensuring secure communication with our services.

To request an API Key:

1. Log into N-ableMe
2. Navigate to the Support section
3. Click Create a New Case
4. Select Create a Partner Care Case
5. Complete the following fields:
   • Issue Type: Account
   • Category: Billing
   • Topic: Other
   • Subject: Enter “MSP Billing API - Access”
   • Description of the problem: Provide information on the request.
6. Click Submit Ticket
